Our role
ALLSTOP Travel is an independent travel advisory affiliated with WorldVia Travel Network, a Travel Leaders Network Associate. We plan itineraries and book travel on your behalf with third-party suppliers such as cruise lines, tour operators, airlines, hotels and resorts.
Supplier terms
Every booking is subject to the terms, conditions and cancellation policies of the supplier providing the travel. Those suppliers are responsible for delivering the services you purchase. We will always share the relevant terms before you confirm.
Payments and deposits
Deposits, payment schedules and final payment dates are set by the supplier. Missing a payment deadline can result in automatic cancellation and loss of deposit under that supplier's policy.
Changes and cancellations
Change and cancellation fees are determined by the supplier and any applicable fare rules. We will help you understand your options, but we cannot waive supplier penalties.
Travel documents and insurance
You are responsible for valid passports, visas, health documentation and entry requirements for your destination. We strongly recommend travel insurance on every trip and will provide options on request.
