Custom travel planning services

More customized or research-intensive itineraries may require a professional planning fee.

• Customized independent travel planning
• Extensive destination research
• Specialized group coordination

Planning fees typically range from $150–$350+, based on trip complexity, destinations, and research requirements. Any applicable fees will always be discussed before planning begins.

Air ticketing services

Air-only reservations may include service fees:

• Domestic air ticketing: starting at $35 per ticket
• International air ticketing: starting at $50–$75 per ticket

Consultation policy

ALLSTOP Travel offers a complimentary introductory consultation to discuss travel goals and determine the best planning approach.

Extended planning consultations or itinerary design sessions may require a consultation fee, which may be applied toward a booked trip.

Payments & deposits

Most vacations require a deposit at the time of booking to secure space and pricing. Payment schedules vary by supplier and destination. ALLSTOP Travel will clearly communicate:

Payment plans may be available on select vacations and hosted group trips.

Changes & revisions

Reservation changes after booking may result in supplier penalties and/or ALLSTOP Travel service fees depending on the complexity of the request.

Cancellation penalties are determined by travel suppliers, cruise lines, tour operators, hotels, and insurance providers. ALLSTOP Travel strongly recommends travel protection for most vacations.

Hosted & group travel

Hosted group experiences may follow separate payment schedules, cancellation terms, and participation requirements specific to each departure.
